1. Rental Agreement

By booking equipment through Adventura Cayman, you agree to the terms of this rental agreement. All renters must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Equipment Usage

Renters are responsible for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional repair or replacement fees.

3. Liability Waiver

Adventura Cayman is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur while using our equipment. Renters use the equipment at their own risk.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

5. Government Laws

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
